By visiting or ordering from YESH! Tribe | Eat & Vibe, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in VND and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Food & Allergies

Our food may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fresh food, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve it where possible.

4. Guest Conduct

YESH! Tribe | Eat & Vibe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings or for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

6. Media

Guests may appear in photos or videos used for marketing. Please inform our staff if you prefer not to be included.
